All services are by appointment only.Reservations
• A 30% deposit is required to confirm an appointment.
• The deposit is applied to the total cost of the service.
• Appointments are not booked until the deposit is received.Cancellations
• Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refundable.
• If you do not show up ("No Show"), you will lose the deposit.Travel Fee
Mia MUA offers a home makeup service.
A transfer charge will apply depending on the distance. The cost will be informed before confirming the appointment.Parking Lot
If the place requires paid parking, the cost must be covered by the client.Punctuality
• A grace period of 15 minutes is offered.
• If you arrive after that time, the appointment may be canceled or modified according to availability.
• If the service must be shortened due to the delay, the price will not change.Delivery service
• The mobile service has an additional charge depending on the distance.
• The address must be sent at the time of booking.
• There must be a clean, well-lit space with access to a power outlet.Preparation for the appointment
• Arrive with a clean face and without makeup, if possible.
• If you have any allergies or skin conditions, inform them before the service.Companions
• To provide the best experience, it is recommended to attend unaccompanied, unless necessary.Health and hygiene
• All tools and brushes are disinfected between each client.
• For hygiene reasons, no services will be performed if there is a visible infection on the skin or eyes.Payment methods
• Cash, Zelle and cards are accepted (if applicable).
• The remaining balance is paid at the end of the service.Photos and content
• Mia MUA will be able to take photographs or videos of makeup for her portfolio and social networks.
• If you prefer not to publish images, just let me know before starting the service.
